         <description><![CDATA[<div>Based on the research I have done for this election I think Taylor will be reelected as representative for District 2. I mainly think this because in most of the polls he is leading as well as he is the incumbent. Incumbents usually have an easier time winning reelection because the people already know them and know their politics. Also, this district has voted for Trump in the 2016 election. However, the polls have been very close and are not always reliable, as shown in the 2016 presidential election. Also, it is expected that many Republican districts will flip in this election and this district could be one of those cases. <br><br></div>]]></description>
