I think conflict exist because not everybody has the same perspective and opinion. Each has their own perspective and opinion they want to prove are correct. They come together and disagree about the others perspective, to try to prove that they're correct by finding reasons to support. But some conflicts can lead to other bigger problems such as bombing, fighting or even wars that could lead to death.
