         <description><![CDATA[<p>Negetha </p><p><br/></p><p>Many thanks to the session, it helped me get an idea about IB</p><p>Orange- There were a lot of new concepts and terminologies.</p><p>Green- Instead of teaching a lesson to everyone the same way, things should be taught based on the level of each kid's prior knowledge. (Know the student, what they know and what they can do)</p><p>Students should know the learning goal of everything they are being asked to do. </p><p>Co-constructing success criteria so that they get a chance to self reflect on their own.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
