Women’s History Month is very important to me because it reminds me about the struggle that women had to suffer just for equal rights. It is kind of heart breaking to know that my own ancestors struggled to get to this position in equal rights. Anyway, I look up to my little sister. Even if she’s younger than me, I am inspired by the way she stays positive through situations when she doesn’t get her way. She adds some fun into my life and I’m glad for her to be my sister 😃.

Women’s History Month is important to me because it reminds to be thankful for all of the women that pitched in to help the next female generation have a better opportunity.

Some women that I look up to are my mother and my grandmother. Both of them are intelligent, confident, and strong women that guide me and my brother whenever we need assistance. My mom isn’t afraid to take chances and my grandmother is very encouraging. (I also look up to them because they make AWESOME Filipino food!)
