There are Installed 2 Concrete Plants With 6 Silos For Cement Storage With A Capacity For More Than 360 Tons And Production Of 600 M3 Daily.

It is a productive process that requires high water consumption by the crushing plants with a daily production of 1000m3 between gravel of  ¾, 1 ", ½ and natural sand all the materials are washed. Without a control for the consumption of water in the processes, coming from a lake that is also used as sink of industrial wastewater discharges.

 It is observed absence of a road structure or punctual signaling of the processes falling short of the industrial safety regulations.

When a non-conformity occurs, the organization evaluates the need for actions to eliminate the causes of the non-conformity, in order that it does not happen again in that same place or occurs elsewhere, through: 1) the revision of the accordance; 2) the determination of the causes of the nonconformity; 3) the determination of whether there are similar non-conformities, or that they may potentially occur; c) implement any necessary action; d) review the effectiveness of any corrective action taken; and e) if necessary, make changes to the environmental management system. Currently meets each of them.

The organization also conserves documented information as Evidence of: - the nature of the conformities and any action taken later, and - the results of any corrective action.

 

The extractions of the material to be used in the crushing plants, despite being carried out under the conditions of an environmental policy or regulation, contribute to the extinction of the natural spaces and ecosystems of the various species that live there.
