Our identity is strictly connected to the place where we were born,  we live, we work. What it's important for me it can be irrelevant for people from other culture...money, goods, clothes.
We shared our personal identity through our names, our characteristics, our values.

Every identity keeps inside our history.
I liked very much to share food with other colleagues, we told about our food traditions and we told about our roots.
All this took place in a wonderful place, where the sea, sand, wind and birds songs stimulated our thoughts.

It never crossed my mind, that it is the combination of skills and characteristics we have, that makes us unique. The international lunch gave us a great opportunity to tell about our traditional food. I liked the map introduction to the island Guadeloupe. For me, it was interesting to hear about the culture and nature of Guadeloupe, as well as I enjoyed the outdoor teaching environment. The nature in Guadeloupe is amazing, which makes the content of class very authentic. 

The quote, that describes the day in the best way for me is:

I was happy to share my point of view and to understand how similar we are, even if coming from different nationalities and backgrounds; we all value the same concepts and this is the key to accept what we reckon is “different”.
Reflecting of the significance of names was also inspiring of the way we believe names can represent our identity.
Motto of the day: ”Through similarities we connect”.
