I work well with people and have learned how to respect and incorporate their thinking and ideas. Something that I need to work towards a little bit more is confidence. Being a young girl I look up to girls who are confident and wish to be just like them, but it can be hard to be confident in yourself. When I see others who are confident, I am like wow they are so brave. To help me work towards my goal I have joined Inspiring Girls USA and am interested in other programs at my school focused on building confidence, especially for girls. Whether it's helping out my mom in the kitchen without her asking me to or helping a friend with a problem at school, I try to make a conscious effort. I feel like I can try to show more Young Ambassador values by being more involved with my community.
