I need to keep working on my class! I love the idea of using a Canva Class, assigning through Canva, monitoring work completed, and more! I just need to get more comfortable with using a class on Canva so I can support teachers in my district with this helpful tool!

Canva is always updating their resources! Just last year we were trying to assign through Canva to Google Classroom and force a copy, but could not figure out how to do it. I don't think you could then. Now, it is possible! Each student can have their own copy of the assignment! I love it!! This is why I need to spend time exploring Canva and not just sticking to what I am comfortable with.

I will be spending more time on the AI components of Canva. I avoided them a bit today and focused on the student assignments and presentations I knew I already needed to do, but AI is also new to me so I know that I need to really sit down and focus on learning what Canva AI has to offer with Magic Studio. My goal for this summer is to continue to become more knowledgeable in this area.

There is so much to explore! I want to use Canva to spice things up a bit. I do a daily agenda and I'm sick of it, so I'm hoping to use Canva to make it look better for each day. I also want to use Canva for beginning of the year lessons (the already made ones are great). I still have so much to check out and know that I have only scratched the surface with Canva.

I can't wait to have my students explore the new AI technology.
There is almost too many options, it's overwhelming to know how to best use the program.

I need to work on creating classes in Canva that sync well with Google Classroom with ease of access for students with disabilities. I also need to explore more in the magic studio elements for changing and adjusting photos. I am also thinking about how to connect all the elements of Canva to our new ELA curriculum K-5.

Canva has so much to offer and I feel like I was able to explore so much (maybe too much!)
I created a bookmarker that I will be able to use. It has a quote and then a note to the lending library that says thanks for loaning us library material.
I hope to create a poster to highlight seasonal and/or new books that are added to the library

1- Thinking about the first weeks of school, I'm wondering how I can use group work via Google Classroom with my students to get them used to this. Maybe 2 truths and a lie? Each student gets a board? Students add post its to tell which one they think is the lie?

2- What types of presentations can my students create this year using Canva? They loved this program last year.

3- How can I utilize the magic tools efficiently. They do still seem a little overwhelming to me.
