You could use understanding, and remembering information.

2. This could be used as a Summative assessment at the end of the unit. For FACS: This could be used as a measuring assessment. For PE: this could be used as an assessment for the muscles of the body. For counseling: used for pre and post assessment for group work.

3. Some ways to check for understanding that we have used are: KWL, an Exit Slip, and an Advertisement.

4. Review what we covered that day, share one thing they learned with a partner, preview what we are going to do the next day.

3. To check for understanding, we have had students use several methods. KWL charts are a great way to assess prior knowledge at the beginning of a unit, and to use for review at the end. Exit slips are a great way to do a quick check for understanding, to see what needs to be retaught before moving on to new material.
4. Exit slips provide closure. A unit-ending cumulative project is a great way to bring all the information together and allow students to apply what they learned.
