Creative contributions from three groups who in May/June 2025 investigated the four supports: things to be made a habit of, things to be born patiently, things to be avoided and things to be dispelled.

The writing says:

DISPEL creates "Nothing": USE this space to create Happiness, not to create something to be AVOIDed or ENDUREd, as it creates greed, dull ignorance-ness, don't-like-ness... which breeds and ripens, like Blackfly or mould!

As a further explanation:

By invoking the spell of DISPEL to rid oneself of hindrances within oneself, a space is created by the nothing-left-ness of the hindrance. Within that space, Happiness can thrive if you skilfully USE something you know to have a good effect. If on the other hand you don't do this, then the space can instead get taken up perhaps by unskilful thoughts or actions which instead you should AVOID or need to ENDURE, and those sorts of things can sit and fester or multiply if unchecked, like an outbreak of pests!
