1. The role of technology in my daily life is to assist me in specific tasks to make my life easier. For example, I use my phone to set up my alarm so I am not late, I use it to get information about the world, and I use it to buy food, and for transportation. Technology has allowed me to solve tasks that would take me hours or the whole day in a matter of seconds, such as buying food, with technology it can be done through an app and arrive at my house. For transportation, if public transportation is running late calling an Uber or taxi would prevent me from being late to class or work.

2. The relationship between media and technology is that without technology there wouldn't be any media. Technology allows media to expand; to reach people from all over the world. However, technology has also caused media to not be as accessible as it should be. For example, having some form of technology is a luxury or something that not everyone has. With how advanced technology has become not everyone is on the same level with media, others can do more while others are restricted/limited.

Technology helps me with my homework and helps me when I'm sad(apps) such as TikTok and YouTube. Also, technology plays a role in keeping me busy, apps like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram allow me to keep up with daily situations that are occurring in the world. Technology helped me address problems before they became a problem by searching up a question on Google hoping to find the right answer so I can stop stressing over a situation. Also, technology allows me to shop online if I don't want to go in person and order things online in advance by the time I get to the store(fast food, clothing stores, and retail stores) my order will be ready for pick up and paid already.

One of the roles of technology I use in my daily life is to help me be able to communicate with my family and to help me get information about what is going on around the world. I also use technology whenever I am bored, apps like TikTok, Instagram and also Youtube. Technology has also made my life easier, an example is like giving me a notification whenever public transportation is being delayed, and I can use google to help me with any situation that I need whenever any issues pops up. I am also able to set up an alarm in my phone so I'm not late for anything.

I am away from home most of my day, so staying updated with my parents is something I often do. The role of technology in my daily life is it being a tool to get through my days. For example, technology is everywhere, I use technology at work to do things faster and help clients out faster. Without emails or phone calls I would not be able to do half of the things I do in the time I get them done now. With technology I can be on the phone speaking to clients while also sending an email or saving a pdf they mentioned needing. Or I can save a pdf while scanning paperwork. It saves a lot of time and space to get things done. So when I clock out I don't have to worry much about if I did enough work. Without technology media would not exist and without media ideas cannot be shared for technology to improve. So both are in need of one another.
