Hello, everyone 😊

My name is Han Xiuming. I have over a decade of international work experience, with seven years in China, where I worked in IB continuum schools as a principal, coordinator, and teacher in the PYP, MYP, and DP.

I completed a Management and Leadership course at Harvard University Graduate School of Education and hold dual master's degrees in Management and Education from the University of Manchester and the University of Malaya. Currently, I am pursuing a joint International Education Leadership program with Tsinghua University and University College London (UCL).

As an IB workshop leader, I actively explore and contribute to the IB learning community. Additionally, I have provided substantial support and assistance during the authorization processes and five-year evaluations for various schools' PYP, MYP, and DP programs.
