For example, I've been here in Italy for a week, a few days ago I went to a restaurant with some friends I met here, really the service is very good but a little different from the United States, since I wanted to give a 20% tip and they told me that doing that is rude, I really felt very embarrassed.

After doing it I was embarrassed because people looked at me surprised. it turns out that it is not common to greet like this in this country.

Macias: Hello, good evening, friends, let me tell you that for work reasons I am in Barcelona Spain, one day they invited me to dinner and when they brought me my order it was a bit raw since it is eaten that way and it is different from how we prepare it in our country.

Pluas: Hello friends, I am Gino, for work reasons I am in Beijing, China and I was in a meeting when the boss appeared who was an older person, I addressed him by name, but everyone looked at me surprised, because it is very bad seen to speak to a person by name, as a general rule, it should always be done by naming the surname.
