This target is to be reviewed and hopefully achieved by April 2022.
I believe this target could be made more specific. 
S- Remember 1 adult's name and 1 child's name use it correctly.
M- check in every day and remind the child of these specific peoples names to ensure they are practicing using the names.
A- focus only on the two names to start with.
R- the target is useful for everyday communication with other people in school.
