Traditional view: Labour created the NHS to offer the best universal healthcare. This would be available to all, everyone woukd contribute to it and people wont be denied because they cant afford it
Current view: They want to make it so people get gp treatment within 18 weeks, A&E within 4 hours and get people of waiting lists. Spread out resources and stop rationing in nhs. £30 billion extra funding for extra resources and to boost captial funding.

Traditional views: Stop first time buyers from paying stamp duty for the first 3 years of owning a house. Locals get 'first call' on half of new homes built in their area and foreign buyers have to pay more tax.
Current view: Invest to build over a million new homes and at least 100,00 council homes a year.
