This week there was a debate on the flat and tall governance structure, with the debate going on to argue about what structure is most appropriate for the university. The results can come out very well. It gives a new perspective on the content of each structure. It was clear that everyone had done their homework well. Even though I'm not the person who went out to debate. But it can be seen that all friends are working hard. I've learned a lot about these core quality management strategies from my investigation of the Seven Quality Control (7QC) tools.
