Example: Canva is a great tool for Teachers, Students, and Professionals alike. I personally have used this application for creating Social Stories and Assignments, but also Invitations and Flyers. Canva can be used to create handouts, videos, and interactive games.

Description: Announcify is a simple downloadable Chrome extension that reads out loud to the user. In our area, the students are sent home with simple Chromebooks and the easier the extensions, the better. Announcify can also blur text that isn’t being read. This can help students who may struggle focusing on one piece of text or being able to tune out the items they may not need to read.

Example: Announcify is a free downloadable tool that reads to the student while also blurring out any information that is not being read at that time. The student can select the text that is read. The voice, accent, speed, volume, and background noise can be customized as well.

Example: Eureka Math2 is a great resource for making Math fun. It can be customized to the level, need, and include any Assistive Technology needed to create a personal experience for the kids while being stress free for the teachers. It also offers many assessment opportunities as well.

Example: As a relatively new Padlet user, Padlet is a great tool for organizing thoughts, brainstorming ideas, and overall a really good resource for those who need a list or a space for their thoughts. This could also be used as an assessment tool to measure word association, topic generation, and many other ideas.

Example: This application is a great tool for those looking for word connections and brainstorming topics. For a Preschool student, when working on a lesson about farm animals, I would "visualize" the word farm, and I would be given a web that includes words such as pig, tractor, apples, garden, etc. This would be a great resource for work associations and introductions as a group.
