Both sources are similar in saying that foreign workers are a boon to Singaporean employers. This is because the foreign are dedicated to the jobs they have. Source C says " The foreign workers will not have such issues. They will just come in and simply work as if their life depends on it." Source D states "Foreign workers with solid working experience in their own countries are held in high regard."

Sources C and D are different in telling how employers benefit from employing foreign workers. This means that the foreign workers work more efficiently compared to the Singaporean workers. Source D states that employers looking for a connection with other nations can do so by hiring foreign workers. The evidence is "benefit from the foreign workers business connection back home." Source C states that the foreign workers are easy to work with as they do not cause problems. The evidence is "The foreign workers will not have such issues. They will just come in and simply work as if their life depends on it."

xD lel

Sources C and D are similar in the way that foreign workers are a boon to Singapore's employers because both sources value foreign workers over local workers because foreign workers can benefit the company with low hiring costs and along with connections overseas. Source C states that 'foreign worker will not have such issues. They will just come in and simply work as if their life depends on it' and Source D states that 'foreign workers with solid experience in their own countries are held in high regard here especially for companies who are starting to explore overseas ventures'.

Source C and D are different in saying that foreign workers are a boon to Singapore employers for various reasons because they have different reasons for employing foreign workers. Source C says that foreign workers are not fussy and obedient as compared to Singaporeans . Source c states that "The foreign worker will not have such issues. They will just come in and simply work as if their life depended on it" . however, source D says that foreign workers are very experienced from their own country which would benefit Singapore . Source D states that " Thus , foreign workers with solid working experience in their own countries are held in high regard here especially for companies who are starting to explore overseas ventures "

both sources c and d are similar in saying that foreign workers are not problematic but they are actually like among bosses. source c states that singaporean workers are problematic in a way that they will change their jobs if the conditions in their work place are not favourable. source c also compares singaporean workers with a foreign worker and a foreign worker will be fully committed to their jobs. source D says that foreign workers are professional at their jobs because of their background in their homeland. this shows that the foreign workers are welcomed into the society by some employers and boxes. as a result, source c and d are similar in a way that foreign workers are well regarded and less problematic. thus, foreign manpower is a boon for singapore's economy.
sources c and d are different in talking about the different white collared and blue collared workers in singapore. the white collared workers are very professional and they help in the connection of different countries and bring prosperity to the employees company. for example, "i actually heard from some bosses how they(white collared foreign workers) try to benefit from the foreign worker business connection back home." and "thus foreign workers with solid working experience in their own countries are held in high regard here especially for companies who are starting to explore overseas ventures." on the other hand, source c conveys that blue collared foreign workers have a low demand and easy to please financially and that they will put in their best effort and work very hard. in contrast, singaporean workers will have high demands. for example, source c states that "the foreign workers will not have such issues they will will just come in and simply work as if their life depends on it." hence, source c and d are different thus, foreign manpower is a boon for singapore's economy.

Similarity:
Both source C and D are similar in saying that foreign workersis a boon for Singapore's employers. Source C says "the foreign workers will not have such issues. They will just come in and simply work as if their life depends on it". This shows that foreign workers is grateful for the jobs that they have unlike singaporeans who have a lot of requests. Source D says 'foreign workers with solid working experience in their own countries are held in high regard here especially for companies who are starting to explore overseas ventures'. This shows that foreign workers are more experienced working in their own countries so they might bring more benefits to the company than Singaporeans.

Differences:
Source C and D are different in saying why foreign workers are a boon to Singapore's economy. Source C says "...Singaporean workers though articulate and smart, sometimes talk back too much", "...the foreign worker will not have such issues". This shows that foreign workers are employed because they will not request or complain as much as Singaporeans. Source D says "It makes sense to have an Indian staff working in your office when you are trying to do business in either Calcutta or New Delhi". This shows that foreign workers are employed because of their working backgrounds.
