From the video, the role of technology in making students actively participate and show great interest is evident.
Since technology changes by the minute, and as educators we need to keep up with the times in order to best prepare our students for this ever-changing world that we live in.

She basically is integrating technology in structuring positive interdependence among children. Socrative being a clicker app lets the teacher see the responses and skills of students before assessing them. This way she can make appropriate changes in her teaching if she needs to. It was a group lesson.
 Then I saw students thinking and discussing in pairs before the whole class discussion and for written task they used edmodo. Its refreshing to see students did not use copies. The teacher posts charts and quizzes online and students can work from home as well. It is more interactive and more like google classroom.
