Id - The id is the first part of the personality to emerge. The id exists from birth and is driven by instinct, desire, and need. It is completely unconscious and includes the most fundamental biological desires and reflexes, as well as the most basic element of the personality. The pleasure principle drives the id, which seeks pleasure for all urges. When the ids demands aren't addressed, conflict occurs.

Ego - The ego develops from the id, according to Freud, and ensures that the impulses of the id can be expressed in a way that is acceptable in the real world. In the conscious, preconscious, and unconscious minds, the ego operates.
The ego is the part of the personality in charge of responding with reality. The ego is guided by the demands of reality, which aims to fulfill the ids objectives in a realistic and socially acceptable manner. Before acting on or abandoning impulses, the reality principle considers the benefits and costs of a behavior.

Superego - The superego is the last part of personality to develop. The superego, according to Freud, emerges at the age of five. The acquired morals and ideals that we receive from our parents and society are stored in the superego (our sense of right and wrong). These actions are often prohibited, and often result in negative results, consequences, or emotions of guilt and sorrow.

I wont talk to someone unless they talk to me first and after getting to them I wont be shy anymore but I might still not talk to them unless they say something to me first.
