         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong><mark>Vocabulary Choices</mark></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reuters</strong>: Use neutral terms like “displaced” and “unsafe conditions.” Focuses on describing the situation neutrally, without emotional or blaming words.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Guardian</strong>: Use words like “Isreli soldiers kill at least 41 people” “mass displacement” and “blockade.” This makes the article more urgent, blaming and emotional.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><mark>Photo/Visual Choises</mark></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reuters: </strong>Shows a video that clearly passes a massage that due to Israeli Airstrike attaks on Gaza City, Gaza Palestinians fled to Al-Mavasi but Al-Mavasi is overcrowded, lacking water, food, medical supplies, and shelters.</p><p>Because of that some families went back to Gaza City, even though it’s under Israeli attack, since there wasn't enough space to shelter in Al-Mavasi and many people complained about the conditions.<br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Guardian: </strong>Shows more dramatic images like destroyed buildings or close-ups photos of civilians suffering, and terrible conditions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><mark>Selection of Sources</mark></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reuters: </strong>The article uses quotes from displaced Palestinians themselves, like families talking about their struggles finding shelter and food. It also includes information from aid groups and the United Nations.<br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Guardian:</strong> The article mostly uses numbers and quotes from health officials and groups. It tells how many people were killed or forced to leave. It talks about the big impact on people, and less about personal stories.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><mark>Target Audience </mark></strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Reuters: </strong>The article is for people who just want the facts. It tells what is happening in a clear and neutral way without strong emotions especially in the video.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Guardian: </strong>The article is for people who care more about the human side.
