Science fiction is fictional stories normally about the future. The category shows what the creator or author has imagined what would happen if the world was different in scientific ways. Science fiction could also tie in with dystopian or utopia in a way because it shows how the future could have positive or negative results. It is also a way that people can explore the impossible things in their stories. Technology changing, such as improving or regressing could be explored in science fiction.

Science fiction is important; it has many elements that make the genre significant to people. There are many reasons to why science fiction is important to have. The genre has value because it entertains, and it gives ideas to the audience. It gives the audience ideas by challenging people to do better. The genre could be challenging people with technology or even socially. Lastly, science fiction warns about the future, the genre could inspire an audience to make a change towards the correct direction.

This made sense because science fiction had technologies in the movies or novels that have not been created yet.

The can be both positives and negatives of scientific progress. The positives of scientific progress is that there can be new developments that better our way of life. New ways of transportation are made which improves the efficiency of getting from one place to another. Although, there can also be some disadvantages to scientific process. There are irresponsible people who could misuse the new technology. It could also cause jobs to be lost because a machine would do the work for them. Scientific progress has benefits, but negative impacts can also come along with it.

It was interesting because it breaks down plastic, causing the environment to benefit. The negative to this is that it is not a solution.

The most important essential question was "Could robotic surgery take jobs away from people?". It is an important question because if machines take jobs from people it creates a negative impact. This begs the question if the machines are benefiting people more than it is hurting them. It is important to know that we are not negatively impacting our futures. Asking this question could help people to consider if the pros out weigh the cons in decisions about machines/robots performing surgeries.

There could be many safety features added to the weapons that could prevent criminals from using them. For example, there could be weapons that requires finger pints before you could use it. Technology could also be added to weapons to help the military. Although technology in weapons could have some flaws, it would most likely benefit society.

There could be negative effects of scientific progress, so regulating what people can create is a necessity.

I went to Weeki Wachee last summer. It is a spring in Florida, and the water is crystal clear. I went paddle boarding on the river, and the others in my family did kayaking. There is also a swimming hole, and there are places where you jump off a tree with steps on it. There is a guy there called "Tarzan" who made the wooden steps; he is called this because he looks like him, and he swings on the ropes.

If corporations had control of society, then it would result in dystopia. It would be dystopia because people crave power. Many people would want to benefit themselves, rather than doing something because it was good. There also would not be anyone to make sure the corporation did not have too much power. It would also be easier for the corporation to create a dystopia, while a utopia would take much more work.

The more technology advances, the possibility of a society becoming a dystopian increase. Technology leads us closer to dystopia because technology could take over the world. People could program something to commit a crime. For example, a technology that could destroy the world would be robots. A robot could be programmed to kill or rob someone, and it would be difficult to catch the person behind it.

My favorite color is blue. I like all kinds of shades of blue, but cobalt blue is my favorite. I have had the same favorite color since I was four years old. I remember when I decided that my favorite color would always be blue. I was on a cruise, I was around the age of four, and I was looking out the circle window at the ocean. That day I announced to everyone that I found the best color in the world.
