The leadership style that I will follow will be a mix between autocratic leadership and transformational leadership. "Autocratic leaders typically make choices based on their ideas and judgments and rarely accept advice from followers"(Cherry, 2020) I will follow the autocratic leadership style to ensure students are meeting their goals for the quarter. "Transformational leaders are able to inspire followers to change expectations, perceptions, and motivation to work towards common goals"(Cherry, 2020). By following the transformational leadership style, I will uplift my students by giving praise and allowing them to provide feedback.
