         <description><![CDATA[<p>The evidence is 'fluffy' and in that nothing is nailed down as to what the learner has done. Witness Testimony isn't giving much. This is where I'd look to dig into the evidence more with the questions. Looking for the actual examples from the learner to really support them in demonstrating against the KSBs. This would look to support the learner against the distinction criteria, as with the actual drill down to examples, probes could look to move into those higher order thinking skills. With the topic of change, this is usually a robust piece of work so should be able to draw out of the learner the further detail. </p>]]></description>
