Hi! I’m Francisca, and first of all,

I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the podcast. I love how natural it feels, like a real conversation rather than something scripted. It actually made me reflect on my own teaching.

One thing that stood out to me is how important it is to create meaningful connections with students. I’ve noticed that when they feel comfortable and emotionally safe, they participate so much more. That’s something I’m always trying to build in my classroom.

Another idea I’d add is giving students some agency, letting them choose topics or suggest ways to show their understanding. It makes them feel like their voices matter. Also, incorporating movement and humor really helps bring energy to the room, even during more “serious” lessons.

Thanks for sharing such inspiring thought, it’s refreshing to hear something that feels so honest and real. It reminded me that even small changes can make a big difference in how students engage.
