After the student-centered approach was completed, on June 28, 2021, on Monday, at 3 p.m., we started studying another module titled "Innovative Pedagological Methodists " under the supervision of mr. Teachers. Miran and D. Karwan, we discussed the new model and asked each other some questions, discussed them and expressed our opinions.
After the introduction, during the lesson, D. Karwan emphasized on writing notes in a way that each of us used paper and pen during the lesson, which I think is a good thing, and thus students focus more on the subject and the mind and imagination are not going to be better mixed with the lesson, and then we have openly discussed determining the schedule of time and time of studying and the way it is written learning diary.
Then we went to the core of the subject and M. Miran talked about the subject in a wide and comprehensive way, and the most obvious topics mentioned by M. Miran were:
- Brainstorming Question.
- Learning Outcome.
- Educational Futures.
- 21st century Skills.
- Key elements of effective pedagogy.
- Teaching method theories.
- Themes of innovative pedagogy & assessment module.
Then he focused on each of them one by one, and we enriched our lessons with our questions, comments, comments and ideas, and then M. Miran mentioned the main topics of the module, including:
- Teaching methods.
- Assessment Tools.
- Creating Learning Environment.
Then we talked about the Hologram application, as follows:The alternative is to use video-conferencing software, but we beliveve these holograms have a much greater sense of presence.
Then we talked about each of these, to teach in the classroom, which was:
- Facial recognition to monitor student attention in class.
- Virtual reality as tool for research and training.
- Duolingo utilizes machine ( al in e - learning ).

On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, we studied the second lesson of the third module of the course, which we generally talked about teaching styles and talked about the abilities of the 21st century to learn, and then through writing we all focused on the pedagogy and the relationship between teachers and students, and then we talked to the teachers in detail and discussed the obstacles to the education. process in depth.
One of the needs we emphasized so much and to some extent we all agreed on was knowing the language, so that we could get more access to various sources of science and information around the world.
During the course, we talked about another way of learning, which was pyramid learning, as follows:
- Lecture.
- Reading.
- Audiovisual.
- Demonstration.
- Discussion.
- Practice doing.
- Teach others.
Then we talked about creative pedagogy, which is divided into three types:
- creative teaching.
- teaching for creativity.
- creative learning.
In this lesson, we discussed key elements of effectual pedaggy, which includes several columns, including:
• Combination.
• Content.
• Context.
• Change.
At the same time, in cooperation with the teachers, we discussed these methods thoroughly and thoroughly, and then we discussed another topic of lesson, including the types of learner, which includes several types, as follows:
- visual - kinesthetic - auditory
- stress - ease - scribble - trust
- teach - copy.
The issue focused on giving students a lot of orientation and treating all students in a balanced manner.
On Monday, July 5, 2021, we studied the third lesson of the Innovative Pedagogcal module, led by M. Miran, who we initially discussed a video that M.M. Miran had previously shared in the league group.
The video describes the present of an experienced teacher named Joe Ruhl, who speaks to students at a cafeteria, where he generally talks about the relationship between teacher and student, how he was able to change the theacher center to student center.
In this text, we realize that the teacher must create a love between himself and the students and the lesson and make a set of principles and principles as a measure for teaching, including:
- choice.
- collaboration.
- communication.
- critcal thinking.
- creativity.
We then emphasized the need for a proper teacher's voice to play with the voice, to consider time and to abide by the time, even to discuss the teacher's style of clothing, and generally we talked about the characteristics and characteristics that need to be in the successful teacher.
In this lesson, we discussed the difference between the workshop and the seminar, which I understood was that a specific topic will be discussed in The Workshop for a specific purpose, and that it should be specific to those who participate in the workshop, meaning that any participant in the workshop can express their opinions and notes without censorship, but at the seminar the participants and participants will be in all different classes of society, and at any level of culture.

Creating a positive learning environment:

All the material and environmental frameworks that students learn from, which we can say to create an environment and a scientific environment for students, we need some environmental, material and cultural needs provided, which we can generally point to and focus specifically on some of them, including:
Safety , Engagement , Respect , Relationships , Build Trust with Honesty , Support , Decorate for Students , Excellent communication , Positive Praise , Conflict Resolution , Smile Often , High Learning Expectations , Enforce Rules & Expectations , Learn About The Students , Personalized Learning , Extra Help Hours , Positive Parent calls , Social Emotional Learning (SEL).
One of the main necessities of modern and developed education is the existence of a modern building that contains all its needs, from a rich library that contains all kinds of books, in all departments of science and literature, and if all resources are provided in the mother tongue, although one of the problems facing the education and higher education process in our country, Poverty is a Kurdish library, but now because of the international electronic library, this problem is being solved to some extent, especially for a learner who knows a standard language in the world to some extent, what he can provide and download.
There should be computer halls, laboratory rooms, sports halls, meeting halls and primary emergency rooms for students, as well as heaters, coolers, data sets and chairs for students' sessions, except for continuous and guaranteed electricity to light the building and to operate all the equipment in schools, institutes and universities.
In the school building and universities, you need to have a perfect cafeteria, which includes all kinds of food and student education needs, so that students are not obliged to go outside the university's courtyard, although students and teachers often take some of their scientific discussions to the cafeteria with tea.
Although these characteristics have a complete impact on the learning process, we cannot rely on it freely and evaluate them and make them a measure for the scientific development of students, because if we look back on the past, we see that all the wise, wise, poetand wise have grown up in modern and classical schools, they studied in a mud and stone building, empty of all modern features, in a way that had no electricity, no computers, no electronic library, no decorators, no gardens for students to relax, but their scientific level was much better than now, with all these many needs.
Safety: One of the reasons for creating a healthy environment for learning students, in a way that brings more calm ness and stability to the study hall, is psychologically more comfortable and more mentally comfortable with their studies and lessons.
Another principle that is considered important for providing a scientific climate is the existence of culture, which has a complete impact on the development of scientific learning, in all its dimensions.
Another principle that creates a healthy, positive environment for learning, integration and integration of teachers and students is that the teacher should draw the attention of the learner and try to keep him away from scattering his mind and make him love his teacher and lesson himself, otherwise he will not benefit from the lesson and his imagination will go to another world, this ensures that the teacher respects his students and does not treat them as criminals and does not look at them as criminals, and does not always smile and smile towards students, and does not bring personal and family problems into the education centres, and in return for this kind of teacher's treatment, students are completely mixed with the lesson and create a scientific climate based on respect and love, which will bring more scientific development.
On the other hand, the teacher's own personality has a complete impact on students, so it is important for students to wear clothes and occasions and even the food they eat, for example, if a teacher eats garlic or onions, students may be annoyed and kill their listening and resting lives, and the teacher's body language is very important for students, because it is a good help to reach the teacher's scientific message to students.
On the other hand, the spirit of cooperation and cooperation in the education centres, between teachers and students, has a complete impact on the psychological side of students, which can be created at least in keeping the educational centres clean.
In general, to create a positive environment, teachers must have a good and strong relationship with students and know their level of confidence between themselves and students, with the aim of raising and developing a scientific level, providing and creating a positive scientific environment, if teachers can also have good relations with students' families, to solve students' problems together in cooperation and to make teachers more familiar with the student's personality and to know the most about students through their families, especially psychologically.
All of this and there are many other principles and necessities, to create a positive environment for students to learn.
