6.  Epic Systems is a software used by many hospitals and clinics. The software itself allows authorized personnel access to patient data and the ability to edit this information from a computer device. The software provides many user-friendly features, such as the ability to highlight, bold, indent, and resize text. In many healthcare settings, this software is often paired by a dictation utility. This allows professionals to speak into a microphone rather than type on a keyboard. EPIC supports dictation through many providers; however, one of the most popular is Dragon. 

7. Objective evaluation refers to an analysis that is true and unbiased. This type of estimation is based on tangible information that has been verified. An example of this is an employee's performance being evaluated by their problem-solving and teamwork skills. Subjective evaluation criteria refers to an assumption or belief about a particular individual being a critical factor in their judgment. 3. Health care in the US is expensive because the population is getting older and more chronic conditions are developing in people. 
4. Benefits in working the health care industry can include: having an opportunity to further your field of degree. be able to help people and be able to be apart of a fast-growing field of work. 
5. An advantage to electronic health records is that documents on a patient can be accessed fast and efficiently saving more time.  
6. EPIC is a healthcare software company to store patient information and data. 
7. Subjective criteria are how one is affected by one's state of mine while objective criteria are down to earth and are not affected by one's feelings. An example of Subjective criteria would be someone saying 'I don't think that this company cares about what their customers think of them. In my experience, they haven't been the best". An example of objective criteria is for instance you are looking for cars in negotiating to purchase a particular car, we would want to look at what that car sells for at other dealerships.
8. To report inappropriate actions at work, you can either tell a manager and they can help resolve the situation. Or if the manager IS the problem or if you are the manager you should always report the situation to HR (human resources) and that way they can deal with the situation in a professional manner.
