  1. On the first day, take a look around course site, explore, and get familiar with all the functions. 
  2. Have the timelines downloaded and available to you to keep yourself organized with due dates.
  3. READ the content and colleague examples thoroughly before trying to answer the questions and inputting your thoughts and ideas on the discussion board.


Your 2 most important learnings so far


  1. Student communication tools could vary to meet the needs of each student. For example, the discrete ruler and velcro trick to keep handy with students.  
  2. Focus on student strengths and interests when creating activities to engage students. This ideology could also be used to build upon their existing skills!

  1. I will have a better understanding of my students with ASD. My program planning will be WAY more organized. I will have more resources to use when creating activities for my students.
