For example Floyd’s death has shun more light to the police brutality. Adding on to that, people of all cultures and race have come together to raise awareness to police brutality, by starting the defund the police movement earlier this summer. The define police movement isn’t necessarily meant to disband the police but to cut on the spending of the police, so that the money could be spent on the other things like, affordable housing, healthcare, and homelessness in America. As for people of color, I think they feel as if they live in more fear than before fo their lives. In addition, people who aren’t of color have become educated on the subject of racism in America and have been trying their best to help those affected.
