I was making around $1,000 with taxes I had around $900. I tried saving my money as much as possible like not spending much money on clothes and for transportation I took a bus for $20 so that way I don't have to buy a car and pay gas money in the future for the insurance as well. For food I spent $151 a week. My apartment or room cost $550 and then at the end I was left with around $600 including with my paycheck.

I made 3,200 before taxes and 2,240 after taxes. I didnt see that as a lot of money so i chose to live in fresno where the rent is cheap. Its hot there so clothes arent always necessary. And theres tons of places to eat so food is always available.
