Because of the fact that it is only an online practise, I wasn't sure whether I would feel any benefit completing it, but now I'm going to make it a goal of mine to complete these various interviews at least once a month up until graduation. I can practise and gain more confidence by doing this.

Regarding my confidence level - I answered 3 questions regarding 'If I had to go for an interview tomorrow, how confident would I feel', and I selected 5/10. 
I do not think I could fully reach my potential in an interview if I had one tomorrow as I need to prepare some basic answers for these types of interviews (which is why I set myself the monthly goal).

We decided as a team to first read over all candidates, and once read one person would read there name, and we'd put our hands up to vote on each person.

The candidates with the most votes would then be put into the list of 10 for our presentation. 

The presentation was under time pressure so we had to work quickly to figure out a way for everyone to be involved within the presentation. 

We were able to split up the candidates and each person was able to explain reasonings with a introduction and conclusion all within 10 minutes. 

When I was first told I was being split into a group to present I was slightly apprehensive and at first didn't fully understand the task. We had a time limit to send a PR email relating to negative information being realised about a brand.
- The brand was a womenswear brand, which we had to name and create a logo for. 

I felt more prepared for this task as writing professional emails is something I've had to do within my part time job. 

The time limit didn't give us much time to plan or think off a logo etc, however I think I completed the task well, given the amount of time we had to complete it. 

I found this task helpful, as it is a 'real life' scenario that could occur within a job, and something I could have to deal with.

The test is still something that takes time and concentration to complete, but when I started I knew there would be a pattern or rhythm I would have to find. 

I found I understood I couple more than from previously doing, but with the timer countdown it puts pressure on you when working out the pattern.

Some were simple, for example making sure the document is saved as the best name for employers - mine was saved as 'cv360' ready for this task, however have now changed it to 'Alana Grou- 02.02.23', so it is clear as to who's CV is is, and this was the date it was created.

When answering questions I do tent to add filler words which is something I'm aware off, and within a professional setting need to work on.

Once reading my comments I was pleased to see my engagement and communication was seen - due to being in such a large group at times it was hard to get your voice heard. 

Although my score isn't as high as possible, scores and comments show my participation.
