I see that you practiced more and planned things better. Your fluency was better and your diction, too. However, you need to continue working on diction. I want you to do imitation activities, vocalize and exaggerate a lot when you read or practice what you have to say. When you imitate it's important to pay attention to stress, too.

Be careful about some mistakes of third person and pronunciation in words like mayor. Try to use more language from the book and make it more evident when you say it.

You did a good job in terms of speaking, your diction is pretty good, so every task should challenge you more.

Your only mistakes were about grammar. The word explain requires  the preposition TO if you mention the listener. Advice is an uncountable noun. And the prep for stay away is FROM.
