Document B consists of two charts expressing the popular vote and the electoral vote in two different presidential elections. In the 1980 Presidential Election, the electoral vote had Ronald Reagan as the winner even while Reagan had the popular vote. Same thing happened with Bill Clinton in the 1992 Presidential Election. Another thing to note, Reagan is a republican and Bill Clinton is a democrat, which means the electoral vote does not have favorites.

This document is Pro Electoral College because the document shows that there is an equal amount of equality in voting for a candidate. In both pictures, both candidates on the democratic and republican parties had a close election, with one candidate winning by a small percentage. A candidate from the two political parties won on separate years, making the electoral college fair.
