An examples of other figurative language, is “similes”. Similes is describing words using “as” of “like”. I searched 10 idioms related to food. On the page, I wrote a idiom, the meaning of the idiom, the picture, and example sentences. I also wrote table of contents, and what is idioms. An example of food idioms, are “bread and butter”, which means the basic things everyone needs to survive. I often found idioms, in newspapers or in songs. I think it is good to use idioms, because there is a idioms that the meaning is long, but the idioms, is very short.  For example, there is “bad egg.” The meaning is “a person often in trouble.” The most difficult part, was to draw not the idiom’s meaning, bus the individual word’s picture.

I chose racial inequality, because that was the inequality, that I was researching about. Collage is a art made by sticking different size of paper. I made a collage that looks like that the white & black skin color mixed, and many color of country flag mixed. I also wrote “FAIR”, too. I made the both skin color mixed, to describe that all skin colors, are fair.  I made the color of country flag mixed, to describe that all people from other countries, are fair. Inequality is the unfair situation when some people have more chances. We learned about inequality, because it is our central idea. We made three topic. Our topic was about gender inequality. Gender inequality is treating people differently with their gender. Other teams, made article about health inequality, and political inequality. It was a article that the money they get it is different between genders, so the Canadian soccer teams are fighting against. We put the photo that show that all gender are equal, so the teams are wearing purple jackets. We used alliteration to the title, to make them want to read. The most difficult place, was that to make the article almost everything past tense, and using 3rd person in all articles. The most interesting part, was that to put the article, in the google slides. We made a donut that is nice to the environment. We used oat flour instead of normal flour. It was fun to make donuts, but there was a lot of ingredients that I didn’t know, so it was exciting to make. The recipe said to use only about 1 cup of liquid, but when we tried it, it wasn’t enough, and it was dry. 
The problem was that the liquid was not enough, but we melted the sugar and made sugar water, then put it in, it became smooth. When I bring back home and try it, I could only taste the spices. When my family try it, they said it taste like foreign foods. 
Next time, I want to put more liquid in it, and more baking Soda to make it fluffy.
