https://www.classdojo.com/
I have used class dojo the last couple years and really liked it. It made it so easy to send out quick positive comments to parents and to post pictures of class activities. With 600 students it made communication so much easier on me. Parents sign up with your class information. Classroom teachers then shared the classrooms with music, art, and PE. Then we could contact parents in each class as well as the parents contact us. Our school has moved away from it this year and that crushed me. I really think it is a wonderful tool.

All of our teachers have a teacher website that contains multiple pages. We are required to have certain information like our class syllabus, contact information, daily schedule, and student work. If you use google sites you can set up a folder for your newsletter page and student work/phot/video page. Then you drag items into the folder and they automatically appear on the page. You do not have to log into your site each time. This makes it easy to constantly add or delete pictures and newsletters to keep it current. Just make sure you remember everything in the folder is public and will appear.

Some teachers have a bulletin board that they post parent communication on in the hall for visiting parents. It has things like the daily schedule and current newsletter posted on it. Depending on how you organize it you could find it valuable to take a picture and post it to your website or email it out

At the beginning of the year it can be valuable to get the parents' email addresses to create a email group. I have found that this is most successful as a google form. I have 4 questions: student name, parent name, email, and best phone number. Sometimes it is hard to read a parent's handwriting. It also gives the advantage of being able to copy paste from the response spreadsheet into the email group.

This email group can be used to email whole class reminders and newsletters.
