Sleeping arrangements will be in rooms of 2-4 people, there is a shower in every room.

2. Take the train to Reggio Emilia

Meeting time 15:30 or 17:30, as 2 buses are available

4. We will pick you up by car or minivan from Castelnovo ne' Monti and drive you to the accommodation

• Consumption of light alcohol (beer or wine) is accepted after dinner - make sure to be responsible and check your own boundaries

• You are allowed to smoke outside, but please be mindful of those who do not smoke

• Illegal substances (including weed and cbd) are prohibited

• Please make sure you are on time

• Please let us know if you cannot participate in any session

• There are free time slots, use it however you like and need

• Make sure you are mindful with the place we are staying at

• We have a collective responsibility for the place and keeping the house clean

4. Respect and Boundaries

• Violence will not be tolerated

• Please be mindful of your boundaries and those of others

• There will be no tolerance with any discrimination or harassment

• Be mindful of other participants and their need to sleep and have quiet time

There will be a market in the hostel with snacks, beer and wine operated only by cash and there is also a bar close to the hostel open during the day, where they sell local products like cheese, pasta and sauces, salami etc., but also there cards sometimes do not work.

The beauty comes with a price: internet is very limited and phone signal might not always work.

- Slippers/Shoes for inside - the hostel asks us to change shoes

- Comfortable, water-resistant shoes (boots/sports shoes) and jacket/an umbrella - we will do activities outside and one day also go for a hike to the town

- Bedsheets (including the pillow sheet)

- Refillable water bottle - the tap water is drinkable

- Snacks for intercultural night

- Cash for the market

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, such as celiac disease, nuts or other specific allergens, please let us know. All meals may contain traces of common allergens, even if they are not listed in the recipe.

As the location is quite remote, we are unable to provide Halal or Kosher food. Therefore, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following a vegetarian or vegan diet during your stay.

Participants with severe allergies are strongly advised to bring their own safe food and, if needed, an EpiPen or other emergency medication, provided they are independent in its use.

Please keep in mind that we will have 2 dogs on the premises - they are calm and not at all dangerous, but please let us know if it might be a problem.

We will stick to this daily schedule unless all together agreed otherwise.
