It is important to have a game plan every morning before the students arrive at class. The students also need a game plan so they know what to expect when arriving at class and what is expected of them. I am more motivated when I have a list and I can check off the things I have accomplished. Like I said before I am goal-driven and like to plan. I will carry these skills into my teaching career because it is only going to benefit me. I want to invest in all of my student's education. I will first need to understand their learning style and make a plan on how I am going to get them from point A to point B within a certain timeframe. I can achieve this by staying focused on the objective and will take the steps and making the decisions that are necessary. This can create barriers in my attempt to change lives. I want to be a maker of my destiny. A good way to make situations less or more appealing is by reframing the situation. I will use this day to day and encourage my students to change the way they look at situations.
