Start involving people with lived experience in our own processes and approaches

Start: develop internal training resources to answer questions about funding streams. I feel that’s something we only learn from experience and talking to senior people.

Continue: The personalised advice we provide is probably our greatest asset. we should definitely continue providing that.

I'm not fully aware of the case studies that have been highlighted and how they may have been communicated over the last 20 months - but perhaps there is a way of exploring with existing communication teams at our respective universities on how we can spotlight successful research support in different formats?

I recently held a PPIE focus group and they were very keen about short videos highlighting case studies as it makes the content feel personable/real.

What are the other RSS' doing with this? Can we learn from them? Is there an NIHR comms team which we can utilise?
