Breaking structure creates tremendous shock value-while maintaining the integrity of the message.
this article helps because it breaks the movie down into sections. the sections help me find exactly what i need in this certain film and i dont need to read anything i dont need in my paper. this article also relates to the racism part and breaks down the two main plots in the film.

Get Out: the horror film that shows it's scary to be a black man in America

i like this article for my paper because this one focuses more on the racial aspect. This article talks about the pressure and uncomfortable things that go on in the mind of a colored male meeting the family of his white girlfriend. making this film relatable to people of color and bringing that fear to a film.

“Get Out” The Little Movie With A Big Message

Talks about the old dynamic of "guess who is coming to dinner" of 1967. Brings up the issues from back then and how they can still relate to problems relating to things happening to people today. Discusses how colored folks have fear of racism but in the subtle way. The director talks about hearing this type of fear coming from the colored community.

Get Out is a horror film about benevolent racism. It's spine-chilling.

Here the movie is discussed in a much different way. It brings up the fear of a lot of people not just those of color. It talks about the fear of being somewhere where you stick out having the privacy factor eliminated and the feeling of being an object. Though racism is the big theme in this film this article is going to help me discuss more than just relating by race but relating by ways like no privacy and being in a uncomfortable place basically on your own.
