But I know that there is more about mental health other than syndromes, illnesses and disorders.<br>2. I can use this knowledge by applying it in my everyday life. I am very prone to depression, I have severe level of anxiety where I experience panic attacks often times. So maybe, by applying the things that I have learned from this workshop would help me uplift myself from all the stressors and other things that affects my mental health. Also, I consider these learnings as blessing, therefore, might share it as well to others. Sharing your blessings are a great gift to others. :)</div>]]></description>

For me, yung may mga problems mentally like depression, stess, anxieties, etc. I have always had respect for people who have problems with their mental health, pero sometimes I wonder how they feel and why they feel like that. Like yung pwede naman nilang piliin maging masaya pero I was so wrooong, I realized na I should not invalidate their feelings kase gustuhin man nilang sumaya may mga hindrances na anjan.<br><br>2. I have this very special friend of mine, she has anxieties and I hate it so much when she cries tapos wala akong magawa for her, I hope to use my knowledge from this workshop to act better in front of her. I would also use it to myself para I can heal on my own from my insecurities and learn to love myself more para naman I can continue to love others. Sabi nga sa A love like this kagabi, how can you love others kung hindi mo love sarili mo, so I want to love myself muna para I can share that love I have to others especially to those lonely souls out there.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

These are the stressors that lead her to depression<br><br>-Financial problem or economic crisis<br>-Parents decision against her will<br>-The discrimination, racism, and bullying of the other children<br>-Environmental pressure in the work place<br>-Everything is against her will and there's no one there who can rely on<br>-She doesn't have any access to go home due to pandemic<br><br>2. The consultation is a big help for her depression. The scholarships are also helpful. The government can help these types of families or students who are struggling in their economic status. Kirsha (Idk the name) also needs a listener or a friend. It's not about she needs advice but sometimes she only needs a listener. There shouldn't be such an toxic positivity. If there's an suicide attempt, they should seek a psychiatric help. Don't force her to open up but if her life is already involve, suicide is an emergency act and we must respond immediately.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
