Over the last 6 years of working together, you have always had my back and have taught me SO much. I will probably hear your voice in my head (& dreams) as long as I’m a cardiac & CICU CLS. You have always taken care of me: from protecting me from this horse, to bringing me shoes/clothes during emergencies, coffees during emotional emergencies, environmental support during migraines, helping me make wedding decisions, and (most of all) helping me stay sane and recover before, during & after my diagnosis/hip surgery. You are an incredibly intelligent, passionate and skilled CLS and mother. Michigan is so lucky to have you back and I know you’ll do incredible things there.

See you later! (In your new house, on FaceTime and in the cardiac crews room… I mean guest room!)

Thank you for helping me get through all of what this job has thrown at us. From being newbies on weekends and talking through crazy cases with each other to grief conferences, starting the bereavement committee and SIM to becoming published. I don't know where I would be without you!
