         <description><![CDATA[<div>This year I'm going to use more pretest data to figure out who to differentiate for.&nbsp; I will also be collaborating more with the Gifted Specialist and utilizing her skills/knowledge!<br><br>I'd like to be able to bring LFL's in to a PD and talk about how to level them up. &nbsp; I'd like a PD where I have time to look at an actual end task/assignment with the gifted kids in mind.&nbsp; If we did that, it would be really cool to have a follow up meeting and have people share out what strategies they used that worked.&nbsp; We could also do an AVID tutorial to share problems we had or some ideas we are struggling to implement.<br><br></div>]]></description>
