The government would punish 3 generation of your family for your own wrong doing. Having this sovereignty is what lead North Korea to do such harmful things to its people. The power North Korea dictators have is being put to bad use instead of progressing their own home.
 With no real government in charge the people get no word in what happens. If there was more regulation all the problems that North Korea has would parish. North Korea is responsible for many issues we would find illegal in the United States.
