         <description><![CDATA[<div>A little bit more to know about swimming and how its works is the force of your hands is pushing your body forwards. That simple of a movement you are using a lot of arm strength. When you are kicking you're helping the acceleration by giving an extra force this works out your quads and your calves. Then when you flip you crunch your body up and hoping that the current continues and matches your time sometimes you can beat it and so when you kick off you accelerate faster. This works out your abs. You lose a ton of calories swimming so eating healthy is an important part of it. It also affects your overall mass so the longer you compete the faster you'll get because you'll lose more and more weight. </div>]]></description>
