This mainly is due to the race you are and the stereotypes that society has made. Some feel the need to go on a limb say their implicit bias even though it is not fair to describe people that way. Especially nowadays there is more tension towards African-American people from the police. Alot of African-American people male or female have been a victim of racism and police brutality. This crisis is not being addressed the way it should. There have been multiple protest worldwide but some have been taken out of line. The peaceful protests that have happened deenfelty helped but the radding and trashing stores does not create a good image for the black community and gives the police even more reason to make a simple case look guilty. In my opinion this is the time for change. This crisis has hit a couple of people personally. Due to the loss of loved ones and loss of trust towards the Police as in the people who are supposed to protect us. Communally this crisis is affecting how some view each other due to their race. This can be proven because systemic racism impacts nearly every aspect of life for people of color. If you don't know what systemic racism is it, is a form of racism that is embedded as a normal practice within society or an organization.
