         <title>Physical Activity</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My favorite sport to do is dragonboating and it is my primary source of physical activity. I usually go out to paddle 2-3 times per week for around 1-2 hours each time and it is a lot of fun. Along with that I occasionally go to the gym or do bodyweight exercises at home. The benefit of physical activity is that it helps you stay healthier by making you stronger and more resistant to physical injuries as well as disease. It also helps you in day to day activity as being stronger lets you do things like move furniture around the house easier and such things.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Media affects our nutrition because companies advertise products to consumers in an effort to get people to eat certain things. Companies advertise a lot of candy and junk food in an effort to get people to want to try it. There are also a lot of companies that advertise super healthy stuff and certain foods that are supposed to aid in dieting and stuff. How your diet is affected by the media is dependent on how susceptible you are to this advertising.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Healthy Eating</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Healthy eating is important because it helps you stave off disease and makes you healthier and stronger. Eating healthy is important to me because it helps you stave off diseases if your immune system is stronger from eating healthier. It also helps you feel stronger in day to day activity as it reduces the amount of random aches you feel. I used to get these canker sores in my mouth because I really hated eating vegetables and they were pretty painful. I also have a family history of different health issues so my parents emphasize eating healthier a lot and it is something I still need to improve on.</div>]]></description>
