Teachers work to develop an empathetic attitude within their ecosystem, which is Teacher, student/child, and their families. By practicing this set of values. the adult can get to know the children on a level that impacts the children's development.

Expressing love and caring for children is an essential aspect of a teacher's role. We must point out that there are boundaries that have to be followed.

ways adults can express their love and affection

1. show support - it is known that as humans we seek each other's approval, that is how it is for children within the classroom that have accomplished a task or assignment they have been given.

   by going the extra mile, in helping a child achieve success in their studies.

2. having empathy

   noticing when there is a problem in a child's behavior and addressing it by having an empathic view. so that they can overcome their problem and if it is serious, it can be sent to the proper authorities

3. being kind- even a simple hello can brighten someone's day.

4. respecting boundaries- "Usually, the most effective way to start a

   relationship with a small child is to stand

   back, be low-key, and let the child make

   the first move when he or she feels

   comfortable. The overzealous, effusive

   adult too often scares off and

   overwhelms the small child. Touching is

   important in relating to the preschool

   child, but it must be done on the child’s

discipline refers to instructing the child to what is socially appropriate.

Guidance techniques are what is used in discipline by deviation bad behavior from where it originally starts. Guidance is what is used to manage the classroom and behavior of children within it.

It is found that parenting styles affect the child's behavior within the classroom, so parent and teacher communication is important in the process of discipline and guidance.

Adults need to be attentive and observant. it is important to remember the impact that a teacher has on each child, because they are easily embarrassed by sarcastic and insensitive remarks and actions.

it is also helpful to spread anti bullying awareness within the classroom and promote friendship and community-based environment.
