Really enjoyed how organized you keep everything on Google sheets. Down to a list of students who have work put up on the bulletin board. I also like how you have all the class resources in a "Resources" section in gc.

I think its very helpful visually to see the different colors on the grade book tab to help differentiate between who is on/above grade level and who needs extra support at a glance.

Class Dojo seems like a very quick and easy way to communicate with parents which is always needed. I love that you have the ability to post pictures and videos so they can see your class happenings.

Love the idea of a question board from Esteban! Student choice from Jean, is also something I would like to incorporate more of in my math classes. Wordless texts also sound really cool. I would also like to incorporate more discussion-based assessments (Dylan) into my math classes. I wonder what protocols I could incorporate that would work in math.

Appreciated the aspects of how people have different beliefs and approaches, but that open communication is important in navigating those shared waters.

Also appreciated the scaffolding vs. differentiating distinction; it's easy to conflate the two when we hear them so often.

I appreciated the idea of shifting responsibilities and duties over time based on individual teacher and student needs. Also, celebrating differences and bringing in a variety of different viewpoints/experiences to enrich the learning is important as well.
