Specific: My specific goal for this term is to get a mark higher than the last term's, which was a disappointing C+.

Measurable: I can measure this goal through monitoring my progress through maintaining a calculated percentage after each school work of at least 85% or higher.

Achievable: I highly believe this goal of mine will be achievable through genuine effort of learning these lessons. I can do that by going to consultations, allotting time to study math, and listening to class thoroughly.

Relevant: I find this goal to be relevant as i am desperate to make a better version of myself in these next terms than the 1st. I also don't want to disappoint my parents and get my self disowned.

Time bound: As this is a goal to last the whole term, i believe i can achieve this through setting my schedule straight. My timeframe for this goal is for this goal is for the whole term.

The most challenging tasks for me were the SAs or Long Tests. Because of my bad habit of either being really pressured or being really calm before a test and no in between. I tend to do worse than i can during these long tests because of this bad mindset. Recognizing my need for change, i've tried to go on my own little mental journey for math to really make it a part of my life, even just a little so i can become better at handling situations like this. I can say that this process of my effort has helped me quite overcome this challenge of mine.

1 misconception that i saw most often was in my Long Test 2 which was about sequencing and series.

It occurs often when i get asked to substitute the numbers to the equation as i always got confused with A sub N, N itself, and what not.

I learned about this misconception of mine from my Long Test 2 where this misconception of mine happened around 3 times in this 1 task. I was able to address this problem and solve it by consulting with my tutor at the time and watching Organic Chemistry tutor's youtube channel. I don't remember as to why i did not consult with Sir Policarpio himself, but i think it was because i was too shy or scared. But nonetheless, i was able to overcome this misconception of mine at the end. Better late than never.

Sir i am sorry, i'm not trying to copy po your sample e-portfolio, but for me, i feel like my best actual works are the 2 Cerebry that i got to Ninja Level. I believe that this is really one of my best works as this here is what i put the most effort and time on. It was really brain consuming as it took so much time and i needed to be careful because each time i got something wrong, my percentage goes down which really practiced me for perfection. This whole Cerebry has forced me to learn a lot of our lessons, so this is what i have picked.

We never had any school group works but one work that had me getting help from my classmates was from Cerebry. I was having a hard time finishing the strong part of 7.1, Polynomial Functions and their graphs. At the time, i didn't seem to know how to substitute the equation in. But after getting help from Jose himself and 1 friend of mine from advance math, i was able to get it to Ninja. They both showed me how to solve it step by step and i made sure i knew how to do it before stoping on bothering them. I am grateful for those 2 friends of mine as they've helped me stop myself from getting a mental breakdown being stuck on that part for so long. They are my go to people every time i need help for math and i make sure i do something for them as well, except math. Through this team trio work, i've developed my skills well and knowledge about specific topics such as this.
