1. I recently started a part-time job at Kroger. Training had to be completed online before actually starting my position on the floor. I was told which trainings to complete and left alone. The trainings kept freezing and not loading. I was able to navigate my way through the entire lessons by being observant. I found an alternate route to get it to load for completion.
2. Next, I applied my previous knowledge and training on the floor. No one showed me how to bring the carts in using the hook lines. I was active and had to manipulate the line being used to my advantage to get multiple carts on the hook.

1. Within my home, my children and I collaborate and have healthy conversation to create a peaceful and stable foundation. It is better to work together than alone/independently to achieve this goal. We talk, come together to prepare meals/clean/keep the home running 100 percent.
2. On my first employment, I observe all of the Special Education teachers that come together to achieve one goal. This goal is servicing the student and to help build onto what they already know to be successful in/out the classroom. Accommodations and modifications are being made as a whole and this is achieved through healthy dialect and planning.

1. I took my math courses at my previous college before graduating. Before covid-19, I took in-class sessions. We had an instructor available but they did not teach. They were there to provide assistance. Even though I obtained the knowledge to pass my quiz/tests, I have still yet to apply the knowledge in any way in my personal life. This goes for work and socially as well. The process is more than memorizing if taught the correct way.
2. In my current courses, there are numerous of technology platforms that are being introduced and not taught. I am older and willing to learn but this is so difficult when you have to read and basically navigate through on your own. I have now learned to take my time to breakdown the syllabus, work my way through the videos/notes/instructional guides to come up with the best way for me to complete my assignments. This is a skill that will stick with me throughout my college journey.

1. For my work settings, I intentionally use all of my training/experiences/skills to excel in every way. Technology has aided me so much learning and sharpening my skills. I learn new processes and brush up on old ones to set new and better goals. This is a productive way to make things better within myself and my peers around me at all times.
2. As I desire to become a Special Education teacher, the technology platforms that I am learning will be beneficial to me in the future. I can now set goals on how to bring material to my students and how to execute it with the aid of technology. One of my main goals is for my students to take the knowledge that I will hand to them and use them in all aspects of life. This can be implemented in and outside of my classroom.
